Commercial Permits for Fish Harvesters

        Applications will be accepted, and permits will be issued for 5m3 per year, per enterprise licence.

  Permits will be issued after a fee of $100 has been received by Corner Brook Pulp and Paper.

        Fees can be paid through cheque or money order.

Complete the form sections below and your permit will be sent to you upon receipt of the $100 fee.

All permit holders are subject to inspection by CBPPL staff or GovNL Conservation Officers at any time. Persons who have been fined for theft on CBPPL tenure will not be eligible for a permit.

Proof of current fishing licence must be attached to issue cutting permits. Only current year enterprise licence will be accepted.  Some exceptions may be made.  

Permit is only valid on CBPPL limits. Permits are not issued during fire season and cutting is not permitted during fire season.

Cutting permits may have further details, rules, and regulations. Permit holder must be on site during harvest.
